Buying for the second child also! |
I have a three year old and a one and a half year old. The three year old is still using hers so now I am purchasing another for little sister.
The chair can be flipped to make the taller side the bottom for more boost or the shorter side the bottom for less boost. The straps keep the booster firmly in place. However the kids do pinch themselves on their tummies when attempting to buckle by themselves. I have never used the tray. the chair cleans easy and after an extensive search for a booster for the little sister, I am returning to buy the same one. It is the only adjustable height, removable tray, easy to clean, with a back booster I can find. All very important to me.
Highly recommend it and wonder why people buy anything else.

Exactly what I was looking for! |
|
I have twin boys and their high chairs couldn't get them close enough or tall enough at the table. These chairs were inexpensive and the perfect fit. I can take them anywhere, they are easy to remove and clean! |

Great idea. |
|
This is a great idea--a folding booster seat that's convenient to pack away or bring along on trips. It's not very sturdy, though, and the hinge arms fall out easily. It's an okay product and was reasonably priced, but I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to use it very often. |

We love it! |
|
We got this for our 2 year old and it works perfectly! From the picture, it looks a little low but it really isn't. We have a tall cafe/pub table so we needed something to secure the seat to the chair and her to the seat and this really works great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. No more highchair! |

Works well |
We originally intended the booster for a 25 lbs 2.5 year old, but it works best for my 6-7 months old who is small (11 lbs.) and has room to grow in it. If not strapped down, he can lean far enough to tip over, so all the straps are appropriately designed. He is not yet strong enough to pop off the tray as my 2.5 year old can. The older child fits, but is better in his high chair.
Like a suit case, the hollow back and hollow base fold to put the tray & straps inside. Realize that the 2-piece tray comes apart (a joint down the middle) to pack inside the folding seat for travel. This means the tray is not leakproof, but only drips very slowly giving you time to wipe up the liquid. By the time my son has a cup to spill, he will be at the table and not need the tray.
After looking at all the other options (boosters with backs) in stores, I would buy this again. The no-back foam cushion was not an option for the infant just learning to sit. |
