LOVE IT!!! HEAVY TO LIFT ONCE FOLDED
I bought this stroller after using the GRACO ALANO (WHICH I ALSO LOVED!!)for 5 months. I saw it in a burlington coat factory for $90...i came home and researched it...it goes for no less than $150 elsewhere, so i snatched it up! PROS- blue for my baby boy, but can almost seem lavendarish for a girl.. 3 wheel movement is awesome, creates an amazingly smooth ride! ...wheel can lock or not, up to u...cn hold any infant carseat...can use from birth because it reclines all the way back and comes with an insert for head support...HUGE canopy for rainy/snowy/windy/sunny days...best thing is that the seat can either face u or face outwards, amazingly easy to switch from the 2. My son is 7 months now, but at 6 months, and even now...he is too big (28", 22lbs) to stay in an infant carrier in other strollers, and when i lay him in any other stroller he gets upset because he cant see him. So thats why i originally purchased it. when in a good mood, i can have him face out, and when he gets tired, he can see mommy!
CONS-heavy to lift into and out of trunk, but once u get the hang of it, it gets easier. The fold is easy...we got the hang of it after about 10 trial folds at home, and so when we were ready to use it out in the real world, we had no problem with it. The only complaint i have is that there is no spot to actually hold to pull out stroller from the car...u can pull on the handle but, the way it is folded, u sort of really need to use 2 hands to pull it out (where does the other hand go!?) all i say is that ur trunk should be REALLY clean before purchasing this...there is no room for junk because it will make it harder to store. It does fold compactly (3wayfold), but it is rather thick and heavy, so u will need some clear space to work with...
love the stroller, and the pros outweighed the cons for me. I wish i did not invest in the graco, now i have 2 strollers...but i can always use the graco in place of an umbrella stroller, its more durable but very lightweight and comfortable.(talking about the graco alano...see my other review!)

I love this stroller!
After three kids and thinking we were done, we got rid of all the big baby items. I was a bit bummed at having to buy all new stuff... but now I'm glad I did! I love this stroller. It is so much better than the one I had (it was top of the line Graco... 8 years ago). It folds compact (not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about... it is bigger than an umbrella stroller of course, but compared to the larger ones... this one is VERY compact). I love that the infant tray is removeable, yet locks into place so it can't be kicked off. The front wheel turns or can be locked into stationary position. I didn't even know it came with a frame to use with your infant carseat/carrier. Also didn't kow it came with the infant insert to make it fit more snug on a little one.
One part was broken when I opened the box :( but I called the number and they are sending another one.
My only complaint is that I couldn't find one in a store.

Very easy to Maneuver but hard to store
This stroller is awesome when it comes to manueuvering. You can easily muti-task while pushing this stroller, say talking on the cell phone or taking a sip of your refreshing drink. The only problem is it is so big and bulky. I have the hardest time getting it in the trunk and do not have much room left in the trunk when I finally get it in. Also, depending on what stores you are going to that can be a problem as well. Dogding in and out of clothes racks can be a challenge and going into little stores such as Yankee candle almost isn't worth the hardship. So you really have to weigh the pros and cons.

Contours is to Kolcraft as Lexus is to Toyota - but without the pricetag!
We have had several newborns in Europe and several in the US, and after 11 strollers, this one is by far the best we have owned - especially for the price!

There is a wonderful tactile feel of quality in every mechanism and fitting. Just by holding the handle the stroller exudes quality, and the fit and finish is superb. Materials are also top quality. The stroller is amazingly versatile and truly changes from its three configurations in an "instant". To change the seat direction (rear or front facing): simply grab the two handles, lift the seat up, reverse the seat direction, and snap it back into the two anchor slots; and do the same thing to replace the seat with a sturdy carseat holder (included). Any of these changes takes just 5 seconds. The Combi Tyro Carolina Blue infant car seat we bought was a good color/style match for this stroller - but the stroller base styling and colors are so subdued that any carseat would look good. Thechildspot/Target would not ship to us, but w@1m@r+ had great prices for both items and swift delivery. We had bought the Graco LeisureSport travel system by mail, but before it arrived we saw one in person and realized it was junk - so we left it in the box and returned it.

Europe is a land where strollers are almost as important as cars - and this stroller is every bit as nice and high quality as strollers we have priced over here that cost 400 euro or more! Looking forward to strolling through the old world Christmas markets in Nuremburg and throughout Bavaria in this stroller -- though I would not be in some of the other strollers we have owned.

Other features: storage bin is huge, sturdy, and easily accesible from front and back; brakes are very easy to set; very easy to fold and unfold; surprisingly compact when folded; very sturdy and versatile cupholder; very strong footrest for the child (which is quite important when they are toddlers); nice and high handle and seating height; wonderfully tight turning radius. This stroller is heavy, but it is very easy to fold and unfold. If you have a minivan with a deep well in the back (as the most popular now do have), it will fit nicely to one side.

A great product for under $130! We have owned other Kolcraft strollers (including a Jeep version), but the quality of the Contours Options stroller is so superior as to make me think Countours is to Kolcraft as Lexus is to Toyota.

*** Update *** Two months later and we stand by our review and add some notes: its easy and a good idea to remove the hideous law-suit-inspired-but useless giant warning labels that are stitched onto the stroller fabric (warning: do not pour steaming hot McDonald's coffee on your lap); the inexpensive light-blue Jeep-brand large diaper bag is a good match (and good buy) and can hang easily from the stroller's cup holder (but be sure to remove it when you fold the stroller); folding the stroller is amazingly easy and effortless once you get used to it.
